Are your products genuine?

Yes all our products are 100% genuine and since delivery is done by our own representative so item can be checked before paying.

What is Open Box Laptop? Is it like used or refurbished?

Open box laptop can be considered as a sub category of Brand new. These are the laptops which were either removed from boxes during quality assurance or they could either be a display unit at any hyper retail store or either it could possibly a returned unit by a customer who didn’t like it in appearance like size weight color etc.

So these laptops unit are just brand new but in some of the cases, accessories and original box could be missing. We import these laptops from USA and over there consumer are familiar with open box category as many big retailers like Best Buy also sell Open Box Laptops.

Is your store legitimate?

Well we can understand your concern because in this online world there are too many scams on record. But in our case our service and product will speak itself about our legitimacy. We don’t keep the customer at even 1% risk for their buying as we know we are new in the market, hence at the moment we aren’t accepting credit cards as well. We have kept only cash on delivery and even the delivery is done by our own operational staff and not by any third party courier service so that the customer can thoroughly check the product first on delivery and pay upon satisfaction only.

Do you have a physical store?

No we don’t have a physical store neither we have any plans in near future to make any physical because that will only increase our operational expense which will further result into price increment of our products.

How much time you’ll take for delivery?

Well our average delivery time is 36 hours. Our operational department set the schedule with customer as soon as they receive the order. Sometimes we deliver at the same day, so operational department would be best to communicate regarding that!

No we aren’t accepting it at the moment as we are a few months old store and first we would like to build our credibility so that customers don’t hesitate to purchase via credit card.

Returns

Are returns permitted? What are the conditions and time limit?

Only defective units returns are permitted (even a very minor defect is acceptable) within 3 days of product purchase. It should be returned in the same packaging and condition as it is received.

Will I be refunded or given a store credit to buy something else from LappySpot?

If the item you have bought turns out to be  faulty and can’t be repaired, or needed more repair, then firstly the replacement shall be offered to you for the same unit and if that is not possible (due to unavailability) then a full refund shall be offered which could either be in the form of credit note or cash refund depending upon the product you are purchasing or your prior agreement with customer service agent.

If I return the item, who pays for shipping the item back? Are there any other fees I need to pay to return the item?

If return is within Dubai, Sharjah & Ajman then no fees. For rest of the states AED 30 will be charged directly payable to courier service.

How long will it take for me to get my refund from LappySpot?

It could be 2-5 working days as we will thoroughly check the item condition in which it is returned and upon finding it 100% perfect as it was given at the time of delivery, we will refund the amount immediately

Warranties

What malfunctions or product problems do LappySpot warranties cover?

Any problem in the HARDWARE due to manufacturer defect, not working product or not working as expected.

If there is something wrong in the product which is under warrantee, how long will it take LappySpot to pick it up, fix it and deliver it back?

We will pick up the item within 3 days through 3rd party courier after being contacted by the customer. We deliver the fixed or replaced item back to the customer usually within 2 weeks.

Who pays for shipping back and re-delivering the item?

If any problem in hardware is found then We will pay or else for any software related issues customer has to pay!

Can I return a product that has a malfunction and get my money back?

If its returned within 3 days of purchase then payment cant be refunded as cash or store credit, after 3 days we can either repair the product or replace if it’s not repairable.
